• Invoices are payable according to the terms specified in the service agreement (commonly net-30).
• Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services until the balance is settled.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to necessary personnel and systems, and reasonable cooperation during the engagement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials we issue and for activity that occurs under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of NetExpert BD or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

Deliverables produced specifically for you under a service agreement are licensed or assigned to you according to the terms of that agreement.

8. Confidentiality

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

We strive to deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a service agreement, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetExpert BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, network or power failures, or labor disputes.
